"In the process, the Obama campaign has shattered the top-down, command-and-control, broadcast-TV model that has dominated American politics since the early 1960s. "They have taken the bottom-up campaign and absolutely perfected it," says Joe Trippi, who masterminded Dean's Internet campaign in 2004. "It's light-years ahead of where we were four years ago. They'll have 100,000 people in a state who have signed up on their Web site and put in their zip code. Now, paid organizers can get in touch with people at the precinct level and help them build the organization bottom up. That's never happened before. It never was possible before." Sanchez reflecting on these quotes, dialogued with Dickinson regarding this effective online communications approach.

This past weekend, The Reverend Marcia Dyson was found very active supporting the Hillary Clinton Campaign! In a "He Said, She Said" exchange, Reverend Dyson and her husband Michael Eric Dyson renowned Princeton scholar, ordained Baptist minister, public intellectual and African-American author were seen on CNN's "Larry King LIVE." The Reverend Marcia Dyson boldly supported Senator Hillary Clinton as presidential nominee for the Democratic Party. Reverend Dyson, Contributing Editor for Essence Magazine, has been touring with the Clinton campaign.


Also this past weekend, Dyson was found joining Chelsea Clinton supporting, stumping, pushing Clinton votes in Akron, Ohio! In February , Reverend Dyson joined the “All Voices Count” 2 day tour with the Clinton campaign. Reverend Dyson accompanied Ohio's First Lady Frances Strickland, Congresswoman Diane Watson and Hillary’s childhood friend, Betsy Ebeling on the campaign trek. They gathered to meet Ohio voters and to proclaim Hillary Clinton's 35 year record of standing up for children and working families.

As African-American Women, we have one tough question to answer, "Who indeed will be both the next President AND Commander and Chief of these United States; who can TAKE BACK AND SECURE The WHITE HOUSE for America's domestic and global future?" Who can do this and just how much CHANGE can America tolerate? Hmmn, A black man or white woman as president of these United States? Know the issues; critically vote your conscience, just WHO is the next President of the United States? "Let The Best Man Win!"


Now, here is your second and most important set of facts to regard before heading to the poles! Quoting from Adele M. Stan's article, "Can Black Women Save the Liberal Coalition?" enjoy these recorded facts: "Black women are often given the last seat at the decision-making table," said Democratic strategist and CNN commentator Donna Brazile, who has also remained neutral in the race. "So, for black women voters and potential candidates, it's not a question of 'our time or our moment,' it's a question of respect for the strong and consistent support we provide to Democratic candidates of all backgrounds."


Stan continues in her article: "I truthfully think that most American people just don't know the power of the black female vote," said Maretta J. Short, president of the New Jersey chapter of the National Organization for Women (NOW), and the first Black to lead a NOW state-level organization. (While NOW's national PAC has endorsed Clinton, NOW-NJ, located in one of the most delegate-rich Super-Tuesday states, had remained neutral.)


According to David A. Bositis, of the Joint Center for Economic and Political Studies, Black women make up 60 percent of the total Black vote. And they're the Democrats' "most loyal voting bloc," he said. Short contends that even Blacks aren't aware of black women's strength at the ballot box, because it's not a point that gets made in the media -- not even black media." You can find Adele M. BlackCommentator.com reveals the current status of the African-American Female Voting bloc to date. "It is also important to mention that within the massive Black vote for Obama, the votes of Black women were of great strategic electoral significance. As another political reporter for the Boston Globe (February 6, 2008), Lisa Wangsness, reported, “In every state where exit polling data were available last night, black women overwhelmingly voted for Obama, and they helped him carry states with a high percentage of black voters, including Alabama and Georgia. Black women chose Obama over Clinton by a 7-to-1 margin in both Georgia and New Jersey...Obama carried Georgia where black women made up 33 percent of the electorate; Clinton won New Jersey, where 14 percent of voters were black women.”

"Not if, BUT WHEN" were startling words of alert, warning and astonishment spoken to me in a recent conversation with Sheryl Y. Battles, Vice President Corporate Communications, Pitney Bowes Inc. Simultaneously, I was on the phone speaking with Cynthia D. Belton, Community Disaster Education & Mitigation Specialist, American Red Cross. I emailed Battles while conversing with Belton. It was "a confirmation" I needed from her as I listened to Belton's chilling words.


"Miller, keep persevering! Keep using the internet as a means of providing an alternate means to providing church online and ministry communications to your audience! You are AHEAD of the PANDEMIC FLU!" "People are going to NEED IT, NEED YOU, THE CHURCH and MINISTRY!" Belton admonished.


Clueless I replied, "PANDEMIC WHAT?" Her words didn't make sense, "Folks WON'T BE ABLE TO GO TO CHURCH! CHURCH as organized corporate space will BE CLOSED!" "Miller, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO KEEP CHURCH GOING during this crisis!" Church will be the LAST thing folks will want to come out to do in the midst of "Social Distancing," I thought to myself. "What if she IS RIGHT???!!!," hmmn.


Completely in the DARK as to any "Pandemic Flu" warning, I listened to my whimsical childhood friend and wondered if she were speaking truth. I was in disbelief. She said, "Remember the Influenza 1918-the worst epidemic the U.S. has ever known!" Quickly, she emailed me her training manual, "Influenza Pandemic Preparedness and the link to the PBS Documentary "Influenza 1918" http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/amex/influenza/


I emailed Battles while chatting with Belton, "Sheryl do you know anything about...are you familiar with and are there US corporate advisories on...'Business Continuity Planning For Avian Flu, Pandemic Flu, Bird Flu'?" "CLICK," quickly her email reply popped back to me. It startled me. I had no idea, that the Lord was speaking to me!


"I am on our company's emergency preparedness/crisis management team and our on pandemic awareness team as well. We tend to use the CDC (Centers for Disease Control), WHO (World Health Organization), and ready.gov websites and updates for general information," Battles words pierced my heart from cyberspace. Where have I been with this, does the Church and the body of Christ know this? Is the Church PREPARED to close it's physical doors but remain open in alternative ways!


Urgently, I ended my conversation with Belton and called Battles directly. WELL VERSED, her words began to mirror the government Pandemic Flu facts and resources found on their website http://www.pandemicflu.gov/ "The World Health Organization (WHO) has developed a 6 phase system to inform the public about the status of a potential pandemic. The WHO says that we are currently at Phase 3 -- which means there is not currently a pandemic, but we are on alert. What causes a pandemic is when a virus that has never been seen in human population before, suddenly starts to spread from human to human. It could take 4 to 9 months before antiviral treatments and vaccine can be developed."


"Experts indicate that 'Social Distancing' will be the only measure of prevention! That is because like the flu, it will be spread through contact from an infected person -- sneezing, coughing, touching surfaces after someone with the flu, etc." "Officials will recommend that public places be closed and public gatherings be limited -- that means work places, schools, public transportation, and churches would all be effected if a pandemic strikes. The virus is projected to stay in one location anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks; and it has the potential to circle the globe approximately 3 times in about 18 months." Battles became my trusted advisor with her counsel.


We exchanged sobering words. "I have been building an ark. I have been pushing the INTERACTIVE properties of the internet for developing church and ministry online!" I explained to her. The theological dots in my head began to connect! I have "church online" already and interactively, I am just as close to a virtual church as I am to reality church." I can have church without leaving MY OFFICE!" Belton's encouragement to keep persevering with my online outreach became a valid Word of Knowledge for me!


Battles replied, "Bishop, it's not a question of IF, BUT WHEN!" "People will have to connect REMOTELY by some means. We are developing alternative ways of corporately communicating and doing business during this imminent crisis." Battles concludes and is on a corporate team of preparation.


I asked her a closing question, "Sheryl do you think what I have been doing with online ministry will be necessary? It appears that the communications technology i.e television, telephones which we know will not be able to serve us during this time. Will the internet, internet phones, video internet phones and computer as well as other VoIP internet technology become an alternate means to remotely connect?"


Her somber reply, "Yes."


Belton, unknowingly and prophetically closed her conversation with these words to me. "There will be a great turning to God because there will be NO WHERE TO GO!" In terms of the Church and godly talk, we call that REPENTANCE! Repentance-a turning of things, self and lifestyle INTO God! Turning your life around in a godly direction is REPENTANCE!


Everyday, near my home, I look at once FULL reservoir now rocky and sandy with puddles of water and it alarms me. It will take years to replenish it, if at all. The recent California fire storms confirmed to many, why I have taken Al Gore and global warming theories seriously. THE ARTIC IS MELTING. Read the story "Accelerating Arctic Melt Worries Experts" which projects exactly when the Artic will completely melt away like ice cubes on a kitchen table in July!


We haven't heeded life's warnings, REMEMBER THEM: Back in the mid '70s and early '80s, Oh "the grid" is a gay thing! This doesn't effect me! NOW, Look at AIDS; Oh, I hate to travel now, thanks to 911,Intelligence Officials had several warnings and ignored the signs. Even O.J. Simpson can't get through the airport in the same way any more. Life HAS CHANGED!; New Orleans remains a disaster and old news for the media! Lest we forget, Katrina!


Organized corporate space for community will be "Socially Distanced" and may never be the same again!. This is the warning. I have been praying for months why the Lord has allowed technology to move into such "MeSpace" while drawing community INWARD to self! The "i" generation is drawn inwardly and have become residents of cyberspace. Surving the iminent, cyclical Pandemic Flu Crisis will require organizations, family circle of friends and associates, to learn new means of communicating and to continue to function in different ways.


We MUST LEARN HOW TO COMMUNICATE INTERACTIVELY ON THE INTERNET WITH INTEGRITY! Learning InterActive Internet Communications and Content Publishing will be like learning to eat a full buffet, while sitting on your hands! I CONSTANTLY challenge my community, learn "HOW" to communicate with me on the internet! I am always admonishing, "Don't call me on the phone!" "Don't stop by my house!" "Come to my Bible Study LIVE online!"


The tools for interactive ministry and content publishing are FREE ONLINE! WE MUST LEARN HOW to develop an internet communcations architecture in order to communicate interactively and publish content on the internet. WE MUST BUILD YOUR HOUSES, Churches or Organizations IN CYBERSPACE in preparation to live in solitaire space during the crisis!


The Church may have to leave the building during this epidemic and yet still BE the church-GOD's children, the body of Christ! Preparation is key! We will have to gather together and assemble in new and different ways-even collect the offerings in a new way! For years now, I have been building an ark and PRESSED to fill it with believers under the sound of my ministry. The Church has to put a system in place for alternate means of communication.





If the crisis occurs, we will have to leave the building but NOT THE CHURCH! Stopping Church Attendance and Returning To God WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE! "I am always asked is Jesus really coming back?" My answer, "Not IF, BUT WHEN!" is my NOW REPLY!


Theological Tip For The Church's Survival As Organization During The Pandemic Flu:


Women In Ministry KNOW "church online" and how to communicate InterActively WITHOUT GATHERING IN A BUILDING! Why and how could this be? In many cases, traditional churches have closed doors to Women In Ministry! Women ministers have forged passed closed doors to discover new avenues of developing 21st century expressions of Church! Women ministers have become experts in developing "Church online," "web ministry" "internet evangelism" and "internet worship services" because they have been kept out of traditional pulpits! They may not be preaching in YOUR CHURCH...BUT THEY ARE PREACHING IN A NEW VINEYARD!

The WOMAN In Ministry who has been kept out of ministry and who has effectively developed web ministry may be the very one used to get the YOUR Church INTO cyberspace during this crisis!

PBS.ORG Details On Their Web Portal!~ "Sister Aimee" tells the dramatic life story of Aimee Semple McPherson, the controversial, charismatic, wildly popular evangelist who was instrumental in bringing conservative Protestantism into mainstream culture and American politics.

"McPherson began her mission humbly, traveling across the country staging tent revivals. In 1921, at the age of 31, she settled in Los Angeles, founded the Church of the Four Square Gospel, and built the Angelus Temple, where she often preached before a packed house of 5,000 believers using elaborate musical productions worthy of Broadway. During her emotional revivals, McPherson performed controversial healings and soon started drawing bigger crowds than those of P. T. Barnum, Harry Houdini, or Teddy Roosevelt. Employing a publicist, she became a darling of the Los Angeles journalists and newsreel crews. WOW, I FINALLY MADE MORE THAN A "DIME" ON THE INTERNET! I have been developing web ministry and internet evangelism, FREELY, since 2002. Every night after hours of laboring in the reality vineyard, I am online with my virtual vineyard. I scratch my head daily???!!!! If EVERYTHING and all the PUBLISHING TOOLS on the internet are free, just who is making the money???!!! I am not out here for money, necessarily, but it does COST to drive this online church van around the globe!

Honestly, I find it IMPOSSIBLE to EARNESTLY ask for money or donations for doing ministry! I JUST CAN'T! (ESPECIALLY AFTER ALL OF THE TELEVANGELIST IRS ISSUES and Senate Committee Investigations!) Elder Miller says, "Bishop, if it isn't locked down you will give it away!" I have very little for sale on my sites and whatever there is very inexpensive. I personally pay for everything I use to be online in ministry.

It actually seems futile to "sell" any WORD or Bible PRODUCT on the internet, when THERE IS SO MUCH WORD and BIBLICAL RESEARCH GIVEN AWAY and PUBLISHED FREELY! What do I have so special that someone would click my PayPal button! Guess, what?--- NOTHING, NOTHING AT ALL!!!...BUT SOMEONE IS OUT HERE ON THE INTERNET MAKING MONEY!

It costs to be out here doing Web Ministry! If you are online ministering for the Lord, you are spending money and TIME as well as earning very little for your labor of love! I have been scratching my head for years!!!! Someone is making money on the internet and it surely ISN'T Bishop CD Miller Ministries, LLC.!

Our ministry outreach, of course, is free from the our faith based church organization Gospel Fellowship Churches of Christ, Inc. Concurrently, Bishop CD Miller Ministries, LLC was set up as a publishing commercial corporation to distribute books, cds, dvds and Christian Resources. Only recently has BCDM, LLC. seen a little light at the end of the tunnel!

Night after night of hours online, I go to sleep with a prayer "Lord, give me the wisdom of this please, if I don't have the heart to ask the saints for money, who and what is going to pay this bill!" Well, I am getting the Wisdom of It, SLOWLY!

• 2. Large "reality" major retail distributors with online distribution outlet shopping sites and carts, like Amazon.
• 3. Programmers who make internet scripts, software, websites, hosting companies~things you need to be on the internet.
• 4. Content publishers with monetized sites posting advertising. Content publishers who are partners with affiliate programs, click advertising and GOOGLE! Content publishers are making money with GOOGLE and other click advertising programs.

GOOGLE IS MAKING THE MONEY ON THE INTERNET! GOOGLE NEEDS CONTENT PUBLISHERS TO RUN THEIR ADSENSE PROGRAM! Saints, if you are doing Web Ministry online...GET THE WISDOM OF IT~ YOU ARE A CONTENT PUBLISHER! GOOGLE NEEDS YOU! All of your sermons, lessons, handouts, scripture charts, and prayers as well as compilation pages: of videos, slides, podcasts are valuable content waiting to be monetized!!!! Blog with Blogger.com and use Google's Adsense Program and PROSPER! PUT GOOGLE ADSENSE ON THE TOP, SIDE AND BOTTOM OF YOUR WORD MESSAGES!
